Responsibilities

Teach General Biology I and II lecture and laboratory courses for biology majors.
Advise students on degree plan requirements for pre‑professional programs.
Mentor and supervise students through advising, undergraduate research, internships, and department activities.
Serve on college‑wide and departmental committees and participate in assessment projects.
Create and sustain partnerships with two‑year colleges and four‑year transfer institutions to promote transfer and enrollment.
Identify and pursue external funding opportunities and conduct publishable research.
