The Management and Entrepreneurship Department at Santa Clara University invites applications for a full‑time tenure‑track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, beginning in Fall 2027. We seek scholars working at the frontiers of leadership and organizational behavior with complementary training and research, especially those who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of our academic community.
The Leavey School seeks candidates whose research, teaching, and service align with the needs of the department. The primary emphasis is on teaching leadership and organizational behavior courses. Secondary interests in entrepreneurship, innovation, and change management are also appreciated.
Tenure‑track faculty are expected to balance teaching, research, and service. This is an in‑person position.
