Qualifications

• Must have an active research agenda.
• Excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level.
• ABD candidates will be considered at Instructor rank with commensurate salary until Ph.D. is completed.

Responsibilities

• Teach a 24-credit-hour teaching load over the 9-month academic year.
• Contribute to Samford’s general education program as needed.
• Pursue an active, area-appropriate research agenda and publish responsibilities.
• Serve on department and university committees as appropriate.
