Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in accounting or related field from an AACSB-accredited program.
• ABD candidates nearing completion may be considered.
• Master’s in accounting and CPA (licensure) will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate accounting courses, including financial and managerial accounting, with preference for auditing and accounting information systems; onsite, online and hybrid formats.
• Engage in Scholarly Academic (SA) or Scholarly Practitioner (SP) activity per AACSB standards and maintain currency through research and publications.
• Contribute to curriculum development and provide experiential learning opportunities; foster community partnerships across Montana State.
