Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Position Overview

We are hiring a Tensile Tester for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Florence, KY. This is a trainable position and a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. The Tensile Tester is responsible for testing and evaluating materials in a designated laboratory area of the plant. This position works closely with operators and engineers to ensure materials meet required testing specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and conduct tests on materials according to established procedures.
  • Set up, adjust, and operate laboratory testing equipment and instruments.
  • Accurately record test results on standardized forms.
  • Carefully enter testing data and print material tags.
