Job Summary

The Shop Attendant greets and assists members and guests at the Tennis Center and Tennis Pro Shop. Responsibilities include ensuring supplies are stocked, facilities are clean and appealing, providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and ensuring a pleasant guest experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet and assist members and guests.
• Answer phones and schedule court and lesson appointments.
• Handle sales transactions using POS system.
• Use Golf Pro and V1 for scheduling and guest check-in.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize merchandise.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English.
