Job description

Northwood Club is currently looking for a retail shop attendant for the Tennis Pro Shop. This person would be responsible for answering phone calls, making reservations for court times, events, and clinics, helping maintain the shop, and providing service to members with sales. Ability to use POS software to ring up merchandise and services such as court, guest, and lesson fees. Maintain shop cleanliness and organization. Assist the Director of Tennis and Pro Shop Manager as needed. Applicant must be able to bend, stand, stoop, and lift at least 30 pounds of weight to move shop merchandise as needed. This is a part-time position in our state-of-the-art tennis facilities that provides employee engagement, positive team interactions, and a rewarding work/life balance.
