Job summary
St. Andrews Country Club, Inc. seeks a Retail Associate to support Tennis Pro Shop operations and club events, delivering outstanding member service and product expertise. You will handle inventory, invoicing, and customer interactions while assisting professionals with the club system.
Responsibilities include stock control, event support, and training of staff, with emphasis on quality service and merchandise presentation.
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Excellent computer skills required.
- Tennis or Retail knowledge preferred.
- Proficiency with Tournament, Handicap, Retail software, Word and Outlook; graphics software helpful.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Tennis Pro Shop operations and events.
- Greet customers and suggest products meeting needs.
- Process invoices and supplier returns.
- Manage stock and monthly inventory.
- Prepare daily sales recap for accounting.
- Train retail staff and assist professionals with the club system.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and bulletin board area.
