Job summary
The Adirondack Club in Franklin, MA is seeking a full-time Tennis and Pickleball Professional to support the Director in delivering top-tier experiences for all ages, from red-ball juniors to adult development. The role requires a nationally recognized coaching certification and availability for evenings and at least one weekend day.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certifications: USPTA, PTR, RSPA for tennis/pickleball.
- Proven ability to design and promote tennis/pickleball programs.
- Strong communication with players, parents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and market tennis and pickleball programs including clinics, leagues, camps and tournaments.
- Lead 10-and-under player development following USTA curriculum.
- Provide high-quality instruction to players of all ages and skills and conduct private and group lessons.
- Coordinate events, tournaments, and community outreach.
- Support program marketing efforts and grow participation.
