Job summary

Pinehurst, LLC is seeking a Racquets Assistant to support the Head Pickleball professional and Director of Racquets across tennis and pickleball programs. The role requires balancing energy between both sports and coordinating with program leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, are advanced intermediates in tennis and pickleball (4.0 NTRP/PPA), and have some teaching experience in both sports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced intermediate level in tennis and pickleball (4.0 NTRP/PPA minimum).
• Some teaching experience in both sports.

Responsibilities

• Instruct players in tennis and pickleball to improve skill levels with balanced teaching in both sports.
• Maintain CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications.
• Learn and help implement reservation and POS systems.
• Provide pro shop coverage where needed.
• Assist in retail initiatives and promote marketing resources.
• Assist in budget planning, implementation, and adherence.
• Assist in all program and event initiatives.
• Attend departmental meetings as needed.
• Assist with court maintenance activities.
