Job summary

Johnny Allen Tennis is seeking a dedicated tennis coach to lead group classes and support the growth of junior and adult players in Southern California. The ideal candidate will bring a strong coaching background and competitive playing experience.

Certifications such as RSPA (USPTA), PTR, or ITF are preferred but not required. Minimum 3 years of coaching, passion for tennis or pickleball, and a commitment to youth development are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience.
• Passion for tennis, and/or pickleball, and a strong commitment to youth development.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• At least 1 year of experience coaching children preferred.
• Must pass Live Scan fingerprinting and/or background check clearance.
• Only candidates located within driving distance of the class location (no out-of-state or international applicants).

Responsibilities

• Lead group tennis classes and support development of junior and adult players.
• Provide coaching with a strong background in competitive play and engagement.
• Create a positive, energetic coaching environment for all ages.
