Job summary

Johnny Allen Tennis in Southern California is seeking a dedicated pickleball coach to lead group classes and support the development of junior and adult players. The role benefits from a strong coaching background and competitive play experience.

Certifications such as RSPA, PPR, USAP, IPTPA, or PCI are preferred but not required; travel is within driving distance of the class location, and Live Scan/background checks are required for applicants.

Qualifications

Job description

Johnny Allen Tennis is one of Southern California’s largest and fastest-growing tennis and pickleball academies, offering youth tennis lessons, camps, classes, and leagues. Since 2003, we've positively impacted thousands of young athletes, helping to improve their lives through the sport of tennis, and now, pickleball. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate pickleball coaches to help continue that tradition with our students.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced pickleball coach to lead group classes and support the development of junior and adult players. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and competitive play. While RSPA, PPR, USAP, IPTPA, or PCI pickleball certifications are preferred, they are not required.

Qualifications

Passion for pickleball and a strong commitment to player development
