Fair Hills Resort in Minnesota is seeking an enthusiastic Tennis Instructor for the summer season to offer complimentary lessons to resort guests, with a focus on fun, fundamentals, and match play. The role includes teaching 30-minute sessions, coordinating clinics, and running two weekly tournaments between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weather-dependent hours.

Fair Hills Resort is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Tennis Instructor for the summer season!

Position Overview

The Tennis Instructor will provide complimentary tennis lessons to resort guests while creating a fun, welcoming, and instructional environment for players of all skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Teach 30-minute lessons for 1–4 guests at a time
• Provide basic instruction in fundamentals, technique, and match play
• Schedule lessons between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Lead and organize two weekly tennis tournaments (1.5 hours each)
• Participate in tournaments as needed to fill brackets
• Develop and implement creative tennis clinics or specialty programs

Season Dates

June 21 – August 28

(Hours are weather-dependent.)

Qualifications

• Previous experience instructing tennis
• Competitive playing experience preferred
• Energetic, friendly, and comfortable working with guests of all ages
