Job summary

Raintree Country Club in Charlotte, NC is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to maintain its tennis facilities. The position can be full-time (30-40 hours/week) or part-time, with compensation at $17.00 per hour.

The role requires professionalism with members and the ability to manage multiple tasks to keep courts in optimal condition. The successful candidate will roll, brush, water, line, and repair courts daily, maintain court accessories, and support daily operations of the tennis

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and stay professional with members.
• Previous tennis court maintenance experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all tennis courts 7 days a week.
• Ensure courts are in good shape before league matches.
• Perform daily maintenance: brushing, lining, cleaning, and trash removal.
• Communicate with supervisor to coordinate and document work.
• Work courteously around members.
• Assist with tasks including pressure washing, painting, windscreens, and line repair.
