Join to apply for the Tennis Court Apprentice role at Synthetic Turf Resources (STR)

This position offers training to develop future Technicians and Supervisors. The Apprentice will receive competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth. Responsibilities include:

  1. Learning skills related to outdoor game courts, such as staging work sites, squeegeeing painted lines, patching, and mixing paint.
  2. Adhering to safety regulations and performing general tasks like setup, teardown, and loading/unloading trucks.
  3. Maintaining equipment and operating forklifts, trucks, trailers, and power tools safely.
Work Conditions
  • Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Potential overnight stays of up to one week.
  • Following safety procedures when exposed to equipment and chemicals.
  • Availability to work weekends and nights as needed.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in construction preferred.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and dependability.
  • Valid driver's license meeting DOT requirements.
  • OSHA 10 Hour Certification is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work harmoniously with others.
