Job summary

Mouratoglou in Orlando seeks a dedicated tennis coach to train players on and off the court, following the Mouratoglou methodology. You will provide private and group coaching, with ongoing feedback to adapt to each client.

The role requires building lasting client relationships, organizing events, and actively promoting Mouratoglou values within the organization. Fluency in English is essential, other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a tennis coaching certificate.
• Proven experience coaching tennis at various levels.
• Current competition level ideally with good results (national ranking, ITF, ATP).
• Passion and willingness to learn.
• Ability to build strong relationships with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening).
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train both on and off the court following Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.
• Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular feedback.
• Establish strong and lasting relationships with players and promote Mouratoglou values.
• Organise and support events and facilities; be an active member of Mouratoglou organisation.
