Job description

AT A GLANCE:

All Sport Health and Fitness is a premier sports facility offering tennis and pickleball courts. Our team is committed to fostering a fun, supportive, and professional environment for both beginners and seasoned players. We are now seeking a passionate and skilled Tennis/Pickleball Instructor to join our dynamic team!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Conduct group, semi-private, and private tennis/pickleball lessons following All Sport guidelines and procedures.
  2. Ensure the safety of all participants through constant vigilance.
  3. Punctually meet all scheduled class times, fully prepared to teach, including equipment setup.
  4. Plan and organize personal class teaching outlines, methods, and goals that support the general teaching outlines provided by the Sport Activities Director.
  5. Establish positive public relations with parents/guardians by helping them recognize and understand player developments and achievements.
  6. Assist in organizing and developing special programs, activities, or instruction.
  7. Participate in promoting membership growth and member participation in classes, events, and training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Certification in tennis and/or pickleball instruction (e.g., USPTR, PTR, USAPA, etc.) preferred with successful teaching experience.
  2. Current CPR and First Aid Certified.
