Job Summary

This role involves directing, coordinating, and evaluating kitchen, food production, and food-service associates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Participate in activities of cooks and associates engaged in preparing, cooking, and serving food, ensuring all food handling, sanitation, and customer service standards are met.
2. Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet production, delivery, and service schedules. Serve meals or prepare for delivery.
3. Ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures.
4. Track food use, waste, and consumption to manage inventory effectively.
5. Receive and inspect products and supplies for quality and quantity to ensure proper stock levels.
6. Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils. Clean workstations thoroughly and keep display equipment clean during service.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
