Job summary

BlueLedge is seeking Tennessee-based notaries to join our Digital Reporter Network for remote depositions. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will manage Zoom sessions, assist attendees with basic tech issues, and help ensure accurate transcript capture.

You must hold an active Tennessee Notary Public license, be located in Tennessee during acts, have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, and be available 9 AM–5 PM local time.

Qualifications

• Active Notary Public license in Tennessee.
• Must be physically located in Tennessee while performing notarial acts.
• Strong internet connection and quiet, professional workspace.
• Video-enabled computer.
• Available during standard business hours (M–F, 9 AM–5 PM local).
• Comfortable with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools.

• Troubleshoot basic tech issues (audio, screen sharing) for attendees

We're building a network of commissioned notaries public to support remote legal proceedings as Digital Reporters. This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor role — work remotely, set your own hours, and earn on your schedule. Digital Reporters manage Zoom sessions, assist participants with basic technical issues, and help ensure accurate transcript capture.
