The position supports billing activities from encounter preparation through reconciliation and works with multiple teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue cycle performance.

Qualificações

• Experience with medical billing, Medicaid, or healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Claims processing or encounter management experience.
• Process improvement or workflow analysis.
• Data validation and quality assurance.
• Learning multiple software systems and following procedures.
• Ability to work independently with competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• TennCare billing operations: enter encounters, post payments, update provider data.
• Support revenue cycle with issue resolution, reconciliations, and trend analysis.
• Participate in billing process improvements and automation planning.
