Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Commercial Manager in Atlanta to lead cost management across pre- and post-contract activities. You will participate in bids, oversee spend with valuations, and support dispute settlements while fostering strong client relationships.

The role requires clear communication, travel readiness, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment within a global project and cost management consultancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners and team.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the tender/bid process—from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and communicate variations clearly to the team.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency.
• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through cost documentation and timely communication.
