Job summary

The Florida Department of Transportation seeks a Tenant Relations and Facility Security Manager to supervise safety, security, hospitality, and front desk operations across FDOT facilities, managing visitor check-ins, badging, parking permits, and records.

You will oversee security cameras, access control, system maintenance, budget management, and contract oversight; coordinate safety inspections, emergency drills, and incident investigations; serve as primary contact for tenant needs and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building security, automated security systems, and security operating standards.
• Knowledge of state government policies, safety standards, and emergency management protocols.
• Knowledge of contract management practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk standardized visitor check-in and badging procedures in compliance with FDOT.
• Oversee issuance and maintenance of parking permits for Central Office personnel and visitors.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all visitors’ inquiries and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and service records in a confidential and organized manner.
• Generate reports on guest traffic, service performance, and compliance metrics.
