Job summary

Bayside Plumbing Group is seeking a skilled commercial plumber for turnkey new construction and tenant fit‑out projects in the Maryland/Baltimore area. You will read blueprints and install complete plumbing systems, including sanitary, vent, domestic water, storm, and gas lines.

We value code compliance, safety, and on‑time performance, with opportunities to lead field work and collaborate with project teams. Journeyman license preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Strong blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation skills.
• Detail‑oriented problem solving and collaboration with teams.
• Ability to read codes and standards and uphold safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Install complete plumbing systems for commercial new construction and tenant fit‑outs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and drawings to plan installs.
• Rough‑in and pipe sanitary, vent, domestic water, storm, and gas systems.
• Set fixtures, equipment, and trim as phases progress.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to maintain schedule.
• Diagnose and resolve installation challenges while upholding workmanship.
• Ensure work meets codes, specs, and safety standards.
• Maintain logs of labor and materials.
• Keep job sites orderly, clean, and safe.
