Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough is seeking a reliable Weekend Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. This position offers consistent weekend hours in a fast-paced hotel environment. We value dependability, the ability to work independently or with a team, and comfort with standing for long periods.

Previous dishwashing or hotel experience is preferred but not required. Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays 7:00 AM–2:00 PM. Compensation: $18–$19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
• Previous dishwashing, restaurant, or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate the commercial dishwashing machine safely and efficiently.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and sanitary throughout the shift.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Empty trash and recycling as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors and assist with general kitchen cleaning.
• Properly store clean dishes, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist cooks and other kitchen team members as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do
