Job summary

Pacific Rubber & Packing is seeking a Temporary Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse execution in San Carlos, CA. You will ensure inventory accuracy, manage material flow, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

You’ll report to the Warehouse Operations Manager and operate ERP systems and labeling tools. The role requires 0–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Experience with inventory counting and warehouse housekeeping.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with warehouse systems.
• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and fulfill orders from stock locations.
• Put away incoming materials into designated bin locations with accuracy.
• Perform cycle count audits to support inventory accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels, aging inventory, and material flow.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Identify and support process improvements within warehouse operations.
• Communicate order status and issues to management.
• Generate and maintain bin labels using label matrix software.
• Perform inventory and order research using ERP systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
