Job summary

Pacific Rubber & Packing is seeking a Temporary Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse execution in San Carlos, CA. You will ensure inventory accuracy, manage material flow, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

You’ll report to the Warehouse Operations Manager and operate ERP systems and labeling tools. The role requires 0–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to lift up to 50 pounds.

As a Warehouse Operations Technician, you’ll support daily warehouse execution by ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and a clean, safe work environment. This role is hands‑on and process‑driven, contributing directly to operational performance and customer delivery. You’ll work onsite in San Carlos and report to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

What You’ll Do

Experience & Education

• 0–3 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Occasional weekend work or overtime may be required based on operational needs.
