Job summary

Insight Environmental has a Temporary Warehouse Technician opening in Toledo, OH. Ideal candidates must be within a comfortable commutable distance. We are looking for candidates that are available to work Monday through Friday the hours of 7:00am-3:30pm with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn various databases and systems.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required. No previous experience is required.
• Forklift Experience
• Good Computer Skills
• Must Pass Background Screening and Drug Test (Hair Follicle and Urine Test)

Responsibilities

• Move inventory and materials across facilities.
• Process inventory for delivery.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location.
• Package items and label correctly.
• Scan delivered items and certify quality.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
• Unload inventory from trucks or shipping containers and delivery to proper location.
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
• Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations.
• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually and/or logging into database.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms or warehouses.
• Verify inventory by comparing to physical counts of stock to database. Investigate discrepancies and adjust errors.
• Record usage or damage of stock and stock-handling equipment.
