Job summary

Anheuser-Busch in San Diego is seeking a Warehouse Personnel to join our distribution team. You will pick products, load trucks, build pallets, and verify loads using scan-to-pick technology, ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, maintaining stock rotation, wrapping orders, and maintaining equipment. Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED, able to lift up to 165 lbs, and willing to work nights, weekends, or holidays; forklift

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehousing or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift certified preferred.
• Safe driving record.
• Ability to safely operate hand truck, pallet jack, etc.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions and wide temperature variation.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Able to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 165 lbs.
• Able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

SALARY:

$21.50 per hour

Paid hourly during training

After training paid daily base $148 + commission

SHIFT:

Sunday - Thursday (7:30PM-4:00AM, Overnight)

Overtime may be required

Role Summary:

WarehousePersonnelare a critical part of the Anheuser-Busch supply chain. As a Warehouse Personnel team member, you will have a variety of important responsibilities within the warehouse. You will be tasked with accurately picking products and ensuring that the correct items are loaded onto trucks for distribution. You are the one who validates the load is built correctly, to protect the product and ensure employee safety.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure loads are built and loaded accurately in a timely manner

• Build stable pallets, utilizing correct pallet building ties to lock in product

• Use scan-to-pick technology to ensure product accuracy and pick quantities

• Load and unload delivery and over-the-road trucks and ensure proper stock rotation in the warehouse and on the trucks

• Wrap orders before loading on trucks

• Maintain and track quality control

• Maintain appearance of facility including monitoring and repacking damaged product and general maintenance of equipment

• Safely operate various types of warehouse equipment as necessary

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or GEDrequired

• Previous warehousing or distribution experience preferred

• Forklift certified preferred

• Safe driving record

• Ability to safely operate job related equipment (i.e.hand truck, pallet jack, etc.)

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions and wide temperature variation

• Be able to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 165 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
