Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a TEMPORARY Warehouse Associate with delivery driver responsibilities for the summer season. The role involves warehouse duties such as receiving, storing, and distributing materials, with a primary focus on delivering parts and materials to customers and team members. The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and adherence to safety protocols.

Essential Functions

• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming materials from vendors, shipping companies, and couriers.
• Verify incoming shipments for quantity and condition; report or reject damaged items; report discrepancies.
• Store materials safely and orderly, attaching labels and marking information as needed.
• Pack and prepare materials for daily jobs, manage recycling programs, and reclaim refrigerant following safety protocols.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, operate equipment safely, and manage inventory counts.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles carefully.
• Deliver parts and materials to customers promptly, providing excellent customer service and following routes and schedules.
• Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to maintain auto insurance coverage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt.
• Basic computer skills; training provided.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rotating basis.
• Physical ability to walk, lift up to 60 lbs, and work outdoors/in varying temperatures.
• Proficiency with mobile devices.
• Forklift certification within one year of employment.
