Job summary

Netfor, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 90-day fixed-term contract at the Distribution Center. You will perform shipping, receiving, and asset-inventory duties, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of shipments.

Responsibilities include packing, labeling, staging, logging asset movements, counting inventory, and following established warehouse procedures with minimal supervision after training. This on-site role requires reliability and physical capability.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory work preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Basic computer skills sufficient to log activity into an inventory or asset management system.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and equipment up to 50 lbs., and to stand, bend, and move throughout a shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable following documented procedures with minimal supervision once trained.
• High attention to detail, particularly around counts, labels, and asset records where errors carry downstream cost.

Responsibilities

• Shipping: Prepare outbound shipments, including packing, labeling, and staging product and equipment for carrier pickup.
• Receiving: Verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders, report discrepancies or damage, unload and stage received items.
• Asset and Inventory Management: Update asset details, perform cycle counts, reconcile counts, and flag missing or aging inventory.
• General Warehouse Duties: Follow safety procedures, operate basic warehouse equipment, keep records for audits, and communicate with the supervisor.
