Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is hiring Unarmed Licensed Indoor Security Officers in Charlotte. We are recruiting professional unarmed security officers with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly regarded team.

-TEMPORARY Unarmed Vehicle Patrol-

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr, paid weekly.

Shift times: Monday - Friday, 10-hour shifts. 3rd shift: 8:00 pm - 6:00 am.

Candidate Requirements: Must have an active North Carolina Unarmed Guard Card, be at least 25 years old, possess a valid Driver's License, and have a clean driving record. Prior law enforcement, military experience, or 2 years of unarmed security experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing regular and random patrols of premises
• Reporting security incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences
• Performing control procedures when necessary
• Operating emergency equipment
• Documenting operations and filing weekly reports
• Investigating property breaches

Minimum requirements:

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, available 7 days a week
• Reliable transportation and active cellphone
• Ability to pass a drug screening

Physical and mental requirements:

• Effective communication skills, especially in emergencies
• Ability to read, interpret, and respond to written information
• Ability to drive a vehicle if required
• Ability to detect sounds related to emergencies
• Physical ability to walk, run, stand, climb, sit, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good mental health to make quick decisions in emergencies
• Must meet state licensing requirements for security officers
