Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Temporary Turn Associate to provide turnover support at a student housing community. You will perform repairs, painting, and general maintenance on vacant units to ensure move-in quality.

In a fast-paced environment, you will also assist with grounds, common areas, and basic safety practices, while delivering excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and teammates. This is a temporary, on-site role requiring reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no specific education required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Reliable transportation to and from the property.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs and improvements to vacant student apartments prior to move-in.
• Perform touch up painting as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
• Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing general cleaning and other duties as needed.
• Support expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to the companys safety and hazard communications programs, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills by treating residents, vendors and other team members with respect.
• Ability to maintain an excellent customer service attitude.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

What Youll Do:
