Work is largely remote.
Perform significant data entry related to the processing of undergraduate and graduate admissions applications with a primary focus on high school transcripts. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Must have access to a laptop or PC and a reliable internet connection. High school diploma or GED required. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, be professional, responsible, reliable, focused, great attention to detail, communicate clearly and effectively, learn quickly, follow instructions, respond positively to feedback, and remain focused while completing repetitive, assigned tasks.
2 years (60 semester hours) of college credit, more than 3 years of clerical experience including significant experience with data entry of confidential information.

Regular staff who have been employed in their current position for the last six continuous months are eligible for openings being recruited for through University-Wide or Open Recruiting, to include both promotional opportunities and lateral transfers. The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
