The Support Services Coordinator is responsible for supervising and supporting daily needs of the Home Health and Lifeline departments, as well as Community Care needs when appropriate. This position does not directly manage caregivers.
Required: High school diploma or GED.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Required: Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to meet SCHS driving requirements. Ability to travel to business functions/trainings/meetings and all SCHS worksites.

Required: Two years office management experience. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations. Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Preferred: One year home health office management experience. Two years supervisory experience.
Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required to perform the job safely.
