Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Superintendent to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ, on a temporary basis. This role focuses on JOC work in the Phoenix market involving interiors and tenant renovations.

Occasional after-hours work will be required, including night and weekend shifts. The Superintendent will manage field activities, supervise subcontractors and company personnel, and help ensure the project is built on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience with at least 3 of those years in a Superintendent role.
• Tenant improvements, interiors and similar work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates field activities and supervision of subcontractors and BB Construction personnel.
• Ensures work complies with contract documents, quality specs, and safety requirements.
• Attends progress meetings and supports close-out activities.

Education

B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
