Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to interpret written and oral instructions and originate written reports.
• Knowledge of first aid.
• Must be physically able to aid students and maneuver mobility aids.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain relationships.
• Conditional offer contingent upon passing a physical capacities assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance during school bus loading and unloading.
• Maintains safe student conduct for a secure trip to and from school.
• Assists students with connections to shuttle buses and directions along routes.
• Supports substitute drivers with route guidance.
• Assists children with special needs for safety and well-being.
