Job summary

Shoe Carnival in Lubbock, TX is seeking a friendly Store Associate to deliver great customer experiences. You will greet shoppers, help them find shoes and accessories, and operate the register with accurate cash handling and quick math.

This temporary, part-time role offers flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays on-site. You will keep displays neat, assist with promotions, and support store cleanliness and loss prevention to help the team shine.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods; able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
