Temporary Job Description:

In support of the National Institutes of Health (NIH)'s state-of-the-science patient-reported outcomes measurement systems under the HealthMeasures umbrella. This position will work within the HealthMeasures team, a group of measurement scientists with expertise in the development, validation, expansion, assessment technologies, and implementation of patient-reported outcomes measures. The Senior Program Coordinator will support the sales, marketing, research, and use of patient-reported outcome measures software and services. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the implementation of patient-reported outcome measures around the world and promote patient-centered care. Responsibilities include: managing client queries and teleconference calls related to software sales and use of patient-reported outcome measures; conducting screenshot reviews of electronic implementation of patient-reported outcome measures; supporting conferences to promote HealthMeasures products and services; supporting the development of marketing to further promote and disseminate HealthMeasure products. Provides direction in reviewing and recommending policy and procedure designed to enhance operational excellence of a program/project in order to ensure success. Endure the effective, compliant, and efficient daily management of all operational, financial, and business functions in support of the business area's mission and in coordination with central offices such as HR, Budget, Facilities, IT, and Provost. Represents program/project on internal and external administrative affairs by recommending alternatives and suggestions.
