Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Temporary Slot Technician to install, repair and maintain slot machines and related equipment on the gaming floor. You will troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and ensure safety, reliability and accuracy to keep the experience seamless for guests.

The starting rate is $37.95 per hour. Candidates should be 21+ and have 1+ years of slot repair or related experience in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

As a TemporarySlot Technician, you’ll play a vital role in creating a seamless and exciting gaming experience for our guests. From installing and moving slot machines to repairing equipment such as Ticket Redemption machines and Token Dispensing units, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly on the floor. Your technical expertise keeps the action going, while your attention to detail helps maintain the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and reliability. Every repair, installation, and adjustment you make directly supports unforgettable moments for our guests.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Trouble-shoot and repair slot machines
• Install, convert and modify machine and related equipment
• Remain educated in all aspects of slot repair for current and new equipment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 21 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in slot repairs or related experience required
