Soma Towers has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Maintenance Supervisor! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Senior Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in our success. Manages and coordinates all technical and mechanical work for a very large property, or multiple properties, to ensure the interior and exterior of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality as well as meeting budgeted financial and operational goals.

The hourly range for this position is $40.00 - $49.00 Additional Compensation: Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
