Job summary

TANDEM LIVING is seeking a Senior Living Sales Counselor for a temporary 12–18 month assignment at Calvary Homes in Lancaster, PA. The position promotes public awareness of Tandem Living and maintains high occupancy in Independent Living units. Schedule is on-site, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field, 1–3 years in sales/marketing, and experience with seniors preferred. This temporary role is not eligible for benefits or PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• One to three years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Experience working in the industry or with the senior population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes sales and closing techniques as determined by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
• Provides excellent customer service when interacting with clients, their families, and residents.
• Presents clear and accurate information through telephone and written communication.
• Maintains detailed documentation of client interactions and monthly reporting of tours, telephone calls, depositors, and move-ins.
• Coordinates marketing procedures; develops new marketing strategies; assists with projects within the Marketing Department.
• Maintains occupancy goals and increases waiting list prospects through consistent sales efforts.
