Job summary

Gateway Security, Inc. is seeking a dedicated security officer for a full-time, first-shift role in New Jersey. You will greet visitors, conduct site tours at multiple stations, perform routine inspections, and maintain a daily activity log to support client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Account Manager, this position offers structured hours from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, with a focus on professional conduct, safety, and reliable on-site presence at client sites.

Qualifications

• Greet visitors/vendors/clients professionally.
• Conduct tours of inside/outside perimeters at client sites across seven stations.
• Maintain a daily log of activities for reporting.
• Perform post inspections and follow-up actions as required.
• Report to the Account Manager with accuracy and timeliness.

Education

College Degree or 20 yrs in Law Enforcement

Job Skills / Requirements

• Greet visitors/vendors/clients in a professional demeanor
• Conduct tours of inside and or outside perimeters of client site between seven stations
• Ride the LRV periodically from Penn Station to Park Avenue Stations in bird directions
• Maintain a daily log of all activities for post
• Post inspections
