Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services is seeking a highly motivated Temporary Seasonal General Laborer to support field operations, ground clearing, tree removal, and vegetation management. The position is temporary, lasting approximately 6-10 weeks, with a pay range of $24–$26 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading equipment, mowing, weed-eating, tree work, driving company vehicles, and safely using power tools in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow directions and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Experience with mowing, weed-eating, and tree removal preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR for 5 years is required.
• Willingness to travel out of state and be away for up to 2 weeks if needed.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds and use power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Performs mowing, weed-eating, and weed cutting tasks.
• Assists with tree cutting and vegetation management as needed.
• Drives company vehicles and operates tools safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned in field operations.

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a highly motivatedTemporary Seasonal General Laborerwith a great attitude and strong work ethic. This position will support day-to-day field operations and assist withground clearing and tree removal, vegetation management, and general labor duties.

This is a temporary seasonal position expected to last approximately 6-10 weeks.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Loads and unloads equipment.
• Performs mowing and weed-eating.
• Performs weed cutting and removal.
• Tree cutting experience is a plus.
• Drives company vehicles.
• Uses all power tools safely.
• Uses all equipment safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

• Must be 21years of age or older.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Mowing, weed-eating,tree removal experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a 5-year clean MVR.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and federal background check.
• Ability to travelout of state.
• Ability to be gone for 2 weeks if needed.
• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Prior vegetation spraying, landscaping, painting, tree work, or grounds maintenance experience preferred.
