Spartanburg School District Seven is seeking a Temporary Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for students and staff. The role involves daily cleaning of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor areas, plus minor landscaping tasks as needed.

The position requires high school education or equivalent and several years of housekeeping experience. Candidate must be able to follow instructions, work with others, and be available for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Several years experience in housekeeping.
• Must be able to follow instructions, both written and oral.
• Ability to perform all assigned duties and be available for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning duties as assigned, to include hallways, classrooms and restrooms.
• Daily inspection of assigned outdoor areas for paper and trash.
• Mow assigned grassy areas and trim shrubbery.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the head custodian / Principal.
