Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open the building each morning and secure the building at the end of each day as directed by Principal.
• Inspect entire area for problems that may have arisen overnight.
• Inspect the building each morning before students arrive for cleaning concerns: halls, cafeteria, gym, restrooms and etc.
• Check for heating and cooling problems and report if not operating properly.
• Know where all fuse boxes, breakers boxes, and light switches are located so circuits can be cut off in an emergency.
