Job summary

ContiTech USA, Inc. seeks a SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance Local Key User for a temporary assignment. You will serve as the plant-based SME, liaising between Maintenance, Operations, and the project team to ensure PM processes are accurately represented, tested, and transitioned in SAP S/4HANA PM.

You will support data validation, testing, training, and change management to ensure a successful deployment. Strong collaboration across functions is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related function.
• Strong understanding of maintenance work order processes and preventive maintenance activities.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP ECC, or SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Represent plant maintenance operations during the SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Provide knowledge of existing maintenance workflows and business requirements.
• Participate in process design workshops and project meetings.
• Review configurations and assess impacts to maintenance operations.
• Assist in developing standardized maintenance processes aligned with SAP best practices.
• Support user acceptance testing and end-to-end process validation.
• Verify maintenance transactions, notifications, work orders, and PM data functions.
