The Sales Support Associate plays a vital role in ensuring store efficiency and delivering brand‑aligned customer service. This position supports product flow from receipt to sale, maintains the sales floor, and upholds our high standards of customer interaction and visual presentation.
Please be prepared to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, peak‑busy seasons, and high‑traffic retail days, including public holidays.
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver within the sales floor and stockroom.
Base pay range: $15.00–$18.50 per hour.
