Job Responsibilities : The RazerStore is looking for a Temporary Sales Associate to join our team from the end of May through August. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect Razer products while creating memorable shopping experiences. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). This is a part-time role with an average of 20 hours per week.

Pay Rate: $15/hour
Schedule: Weekends required; flexible weekday availability preferred

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.

• Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.

• Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.

• Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.

• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.

• Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Enforce company policies and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store

• Basic math and computer skills required

• Knowledge of basic POS principles and cash handling

• Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products

• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$37,445.00 - $64,058.00
