Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Risk Adjustment Campaign Associate to support Medicare Advantage and Commercial risk adjustment campaigns from a remote setting in the United States (Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah).

This approximately 5-month assignment offers an hourly rate of $42.00–$51.00 and is non-benefited. The role supports day-to-day operations of risk adjustment campaigns and EMR retrieval, under the Campaign Execution Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or a related field with at least 2 years of project support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of Facets and PIMS preferred.

Temporary Risk Adjustment Campaign Associate

Work from home within Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah.

This is a temporary non-benefited assignment with a duration of approximately 5 months.

Every day, Cambia's dedicated team of Risk Adjustment Campaign Associates are living our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As a member of the Claims Audit/Risk Adjustment team, our Risk Adjustment Campaign Associate works with the Risk Adjustment operations team on on-going activities related to Medicare Advantage and Commercial risk adjustment campaigns. Working under the direction of the Manager of Campaign Execution and alongside other cross functional teams, the campaign associate is responsible for day-to-day operations and performance of risk adjustment campaigns. The Risk Adjustment Campaign Associate is also responsible for internal EMR medical record retrieval for all Risk Adjustment campaigns.

Risk Adjustment Campaign Associate would have a Bachelor's Degree in business, project management, healthcare, or related field and at least 2 years of experience in a project support role (preferably within health care), or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Licenses, Certifications, Registration, Etc.

• Certificate or training in Project Management a plus
• Ability to manage small, less complex projects with minimum supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools.
• Experience in project management methods and techniques.
• Knowledge of Facets, PIMS, and claims processes is preferred.
• Ability to track and monitor service provider performance and delivery quality against service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of leadership.
• Monitors daily vendor performance against project schedule.
• Supports the preparation of project reports and presentation of information to management, project teams, and client/customer groups.
• Monitors project documentation for compliance with standards.
• Develops and maintains the overall project documentation library ensuring that all documentation is established, maintained and retained as necessary in project databases.
• Applies continuous quality improvement techniques and methodologies to all facets of job responsibility.
• May plan and manage small, well-defined projects or sub-projects under the general direction of more senior project managers.
• May retrieve medical records for MA and ACA campaigns through internal EMR access based on production goals set by the manager of Risk Adjustment Campaigns.

The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; and performance history.

This is a temporary, non-benefited assignment with an expected duration of approximately 5 months. The hourly rate range for this role is $42.00 - $51.00/hour.
