You will assist in store-wide sales and profitability, support merchandising, grow Jockey Rewards membership, and maintain a clean, safe environment while working with teammates to achieve goals. Must be 16+, able to lift 25 pounds, and stand for extended periods.

Qualificações

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to move 25 pounds.
• Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and ascending/descending ladder to stock and merchandise store.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning chemicals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a warm, sincere greeting to all customers, including current promotional message.
• Engage customers to identify needs and use product knowledge to offer solutions.
• Assist in driving all aspects of store level sales and profitability.
• Assist with merchandising (stock, markdowns, visuals) per visual standards.
• Promote awareness and excitement to grow Jockey Rewards membership.
• Ensure adherence to Jockey policies and procedures.
• Establish positive working relationships with co-workers and maintain high productivity.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
